Hi there! I’m Dawn, and I’m deeply passionate about creating inclusive spaces where people feel respected, valued, and heard. Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the honor of working with more than 50,000 individuals across the country—helping them embrace Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) to drive real change in their lives and workplaces.
