Connects male mentors with mentees across NYC for local, one-on-one community service.

Recruits math experts to tutor and train others before key exams like the Regents.

Drives community improvement like park clean-ups and theater renovations across New York.

Builds NYC partnerships that offer mentees internship opportunities.

Expands 500 Men's science fair support and builds on its STEM program at P.S. 5.

Our founder, Wayne Devonish, started this movement with one powerful belief: that when men unite with purpose, we can break cycles, build opportunities, and be the solution our communities deserve.

500 Men Making a Difference acknowledges the work that must be done to improve the lives of many of our brothers and their families, by creating a rich culture in Brooklyn that offers fertile ground for the city’s children to prosper, and developing a long-lasting legacy and a future without limits.
